Tony’s culinary path is defined by a rare blend of precision and passion. A graduate of the University of London and a former investment banker, he traded the financial world for the kitchens of Rome, training under Michelin-starred masters. In 2009, he returned to Hong Kong to launch The Drawing Room, quickly earning a prestigious Michelin One-Star rating and cementing his reputation as a visionary chef and CEO.
The Heart Behind FEAST
As a father of four, Tony believes that food is the ultimate language of care. FEAST was born in 2016 from a personal mission: after a disappointing holiday dinner where a dry, cold turkey left his young son in tears, Tony vowed to redefine the delivery experience. Leveraging the professional standards of his restaurant group (DRC), he created FEAST to ensure every family enjoys restaurant-quality warmth and excellence at home.
