Delivery
Single Poon Choi Orders: Delivered via SF Express temperature‑controlled delivery; Delivery hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Delivery is not available to the following locations: Hong Kong International Airport,restricted areas in Hong Kong, any areas where trucks are prohibited from entering, outlying islands and remote areas (e.g., Discovery Bay, Ma Wan).
Poon Choi Set Menu Orders: Delivered by dedicated delivery staff. Delivery hours: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

An additional delivery fee of $120 will be charged for delivery to Tung Chung. For village houses, delivery is limited to ground‑floor access only. For walk‑up buildings or locations without elevators, an additional charge of HK$40 per floor will apply.

- All food will come with thermal bag to keep warm.
Change of Plans
- Please notify us for delivery rearrangement at least 72 hours before delivery.
Severe Weather Arrangement
- When typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or black rainstorm warning is in effect, delivery may be delayed or suspended due to inclement weather, traffic or road conditions. In this event, we will contact you by phone or email on your delivery day to arrange an alternative delivery time.
