- Poon Choi Reheat Guidelines -
- The Poon Choi is presented in a stainless steel pot and can be heated using an induction cooker or an open flame.
- A non-stick stainless steel plate is placed at the base of the Poon Choi to minimize the risk of burning. Please refrain from consuming the mat.
- Before consumption, please remove the packaging, cover the pot with aluminium foil, then apply low to medium heat for approximately 30-45 minutes. Ensure all ingredients are thoroughly heated before consumption.
- Reminder -
- Poon choi is vacuum-sealed and delivered chilled. Refrigerate in its original packaging at 0-4°C if not consumed immediately for easy storage and hygiene.
- The abalone broth, simmered with premium seafood, is concentrated into a collagen-rich jelly. This jelly is incorporated into the Poon Choi. When heated, it melts into a rich and flavourful broth, perfectly complementing all ingredients so no additional sauce will be required.

Delivery
- Delivery is available from Mon – Sun between 9am – 7:30pm.
- Delivery locations include HK Island, Kowloon, New Territories & Tung Chung. We do not deliver to any other outlying islands.
- Delivery date, time slot & method (delivery-to-ground-floor / delivery-to-door) can be selected at check out.
- All food will come with thermal bag to keep warm.
Change of Plans
- Please notify us for delivery rearrangement at least 72 hours before delivery.
Severe Weather Arrangement
- When typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or black rainstorm warning is in effect, delivery may be delayed or suspended due to inclement weather, traffic or road conditions. In this event, we will contact you by phone or email on your delivery day to arrange an alternative delivery time.
