1. Online Order Placement
We accept online orders only. Please place your order directly on FEAST.com.hk. Upon payment acceptance, you will receive an email confirmation from us.
Note: The recipient’s contact information must be completed in full. We reserve the right to levy an additional delivery charge if further delivery attempts are made due to incomplete or incorrect recipient details.

2. Payment Method
We accept credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / AMEX), Paypal, FPS, AlipayHK, Alipay, WeChat and UnionPay.

3. Special Request
You may send us your request and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

4. Carving Service
Carving service is available for frozen meat only. Additional charge is required. Please drop us a message.
Note: To keep the juiciness and best condition of cooked food upon delivery at your door, carving service will not be provided for all our cooked dishes.

5. Order Cancellation
Due to company policy and the perishable nature of our products, all confirmed orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. For any change of plans, please contact us 48 hours before delivery for rearrangement or exchange of other products.
