1. How do we start the meal plan?
Get in touch with us to discuss your requirements. Once your bespoke menu is finalized and approved, we will start the staff meal delivery.

2. What time do you deliver?
We can arrange specific delivery time for you.

3. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Tung Chung (except outlying islands). We also provide mobile heated trolley delivery service (at an additional charge).

4. Can we order extra meals?
No problem, just let us know at least 2 working days in advance.

5. Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes, we can cater to a range of dietary needs. Please let us know in advance.

6. Can we try the food first?
Definitely! We can set up a tasting session before delivering the staff meals.
