**Deliver 8:30am-8pm & collect reusable container 11am-8pm daily**
- Deliver in reusable container. Collection of reusable container will be arranged on the day of delivery or next day.
- Delivery fee on this website does not include collection fee of reusable container. Upon receipt of your order, customer service will contact you for the payment of collection fee.
- Photos are for reference only.
All orders must be placed online at least 2 days in advance (cut-off time 5pm).
Delivery
- Delivery is available from Mon – Sun between 11am – 8pm.
- Delivery locations include HK Island, Kowloon, New Territories & Tung Chung. We do not deliver to any other outlying islands.
- Delivery date, time slot & method (delivery-to-ground-floor / delivery-to-door) can be selected at check out.
- All food will come with thermal bag to keep warm.
Self Pick Up
- Self pick up is available between 11am and 7pm at selected restaurants.
Change of Plans
- Please notify us for delivery rearrangement at least 48 hours before delivery.
Severe Weather Arrangement
- When typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or black rainstorm warning is in effect, delivery may be delayed or suspended due to inclement weather, traffic or road conditions. In this event, we will contact you by phone or email on your delivery day to arrange an alternative delivery time.
